Light & Crispy Waffles
  1. Whisk together the dry ingredients.

  2. Add the wet ingredients and whisk until combined.

  3. Allow to stand for 30 minutes.

  4. Heat a Belgian waffle iron.

  5. Make waffles by ladling a generous ⅓ cup of batter into the waffle iron and cooking until golden brown. (Makes 3 Belgian waffles)

  6. Serve with desired topping (Buttermilk Syrup is our favorite!)
