Oven MethodPreheat your oven to 200°C (390°F).Spread the chickpeas onto a tray lined with parchment paper, ensuring they form a single layer.Roast in the preheated oven for approximately 22 minutes, or until you achieve your desired level of crunch.Air Fryer MethodPlace the chickpeas into the air fryer pan, trying to arrange them in a single layer if possible. Air fry on a high setting (see notes) for around 12 minutes, or until you reach your desired level of crunch. These roasted chickpeas are best served immediately for maximum crispiness.
