Zucchini & Lemon Summer Gnocchi
  1. Start by chopping your zucchini.

  2. Get yourself a beautiful lemon.

  3. Put your pan on a medium heat and add the butter.

  4. Once the butter has melted, go in with the zucchini. Add a good pinch of salt and black pepper.

  5. Add a good touch of lemon zest and loads of fresh basil.

  6. Cover it and let it slow cook.

  7. While you cook your gnocchi, give it a mix and wait until they start floating in the water.

  8. Turn the heat off and let's add the final touches.

  9. Going with lemon juice, loads of cheese, a few more leaves of basil.

  10. Add a kiss of olive oil.
