Set oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Mix cream cheese, sour cream, milk, sugar, and spices until smooth.
Stir in corn evenly.
Spread mixture in dish and top with cheese.
Combine crackers with butter and sprinkle over cheese.
Bake 30–35 minutes until golden and bubbly.
Cool slightly and serve warm.
