Shaved Brussels Salad With Lemon-caper-parmesan Dressing
  1. Make dressing by adding all dressing ingredients together and mix to combine

  2. Make walnuts by combining walnuts, olive oil, maple syrup, rosemary, salt, and paprika

  3. Place walnut mixture on a baking sheet and bake at 400°F for 7 minutes

  4. Assemble salad by adding shredded brussels sprouts, grapes, dates, shaved Parmesan, red onion, and salt and pepper to a bowl

  5. Add the roasted walnuts and dressing to the salad and toss to combine
