Preheat oven to 180C
Weigh 3-5 eggs in their shells (4 is the perfect combo but you can make more or less)
Mix equal quantities of self raising flour, fat, caster sugar, cracked eggs without the shells and one teaspoon of baking powder
Beat for at least 5 mins in a stand mixer until soft and smooth
Pour mix into a lined cake tin, silicone bunt mould, cup cake moulds - any shape works
Bake for 30-40mins or until cooked through/golden
Remove from oven and leave to cool
Turn out once cool and enjoy
