Cook the twisted pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside, reserving ½ cup of pasta water.
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.
Add the steak cubes and cook until browned on all sides, about 3-4 minutes.
Add the butter, minced garlic, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.
If using, add the red pepper flakes and stir to combine.
In a separate saucepan, combine the heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, Cajun seasoning, and garlic powder. Bring to a simmer and cook until thickened, about 5 minutes.
Add the cooked pasta and the reserved pasta water to the cream sauce. Stir to combine.
Add the butter and stir until melted and the sauce is smooth.
Serve the garlic butter steak bites over the spicy Cajun Alfredo twisted pasta. Garnish with fresh chopped parsley.
