Turn oven on to 175°C
Mix 2 tablespoons of chia seeds with 4 tablespoons of water in a small bowl and set aside to thicken
Measure 150 g of flax seeds and blend them into a fine powder
Add 1 teaspoon of baking powder and a pinch of salt to the ground flax seeds
Mix well and pour in 200 ml of water, stirring until a smooth, sticky dough forms
Add the chia gel to the mixture and stir gently
Toast 50 g of sunflower seeds in a dry pan until golden and fragrant
Add the toasted sunflower seeds to the dough and stir evenly
Let the dough rest for about 15 minutes
Line a baking dish with parchment paper and lightly brush with oil
Form the dough into a smooth ball and place it in the prepared dish
Drizzle 1 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar over the top and spread evenly
Sprinkle sesame seeds on top
Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 60-70 minutes until the crust turns golden
Let cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving
