Flaxseed Bread
  1. Turn oven on to 175°C

  2. Mix 2 tablespoons of chia seeds with 4 tablespoons of water in a small bowl and set aside to thicken

  3. Measure 150 g of flax seeds and blend them into a fine powder

  4. Add 1 teaspoon of baking powder and a pinch of salt to the ground flax seeds

  5. Mix well and pour in 200 ml of water, stirring until a smooth, sticky dough forms

  6. Add the chia gel to the mixture and stir gently

  7. Toast 50 g of sunflower seeds in a dry pan until golden and fragrant

  8. Add the toasted sunflower seeds to the dough and stir evenly

  9. Let the dough rest for about 15 minutes

  10. Line a baking dish with parchment paper and lightly brush with oil

  11. Form the dough into a smooth ball and place it in the prepared dish

  12. Drizzle 1 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar over the top and spread evenly

  13. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top

  14. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 60-70 minutes until the crust turns golden

  15. Let cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving
