Lemon & Herb Chicken Souvlaki Salad
  1. Cut chicken thighs into cubes and season with lemon & herb, adobo, garlic, olive oil, and lemon juice.

  2. Skewer onto mini skewers and air fry at 180°C for 20 minutes, turning halfway.

  3. Toss pitta cubes with olive oil, Greek seasoning, garlic, and salt.

  4. Air fry at 180°C for 8 minutes, turning halfway.

  5. Combine lettuce, tomatoes, olives, chickpeas, onion, peppers, cucumber, and herbs in a bowl.

  6. Mix in tzatziki and crispy pitta croutons.

  7. Top with chicken souvlaki and sprinkle with crumbled feta.

  8. Serve & Enjoy!
