Skewer onto mini skewers and air fry at 180°C for 20 minutes, turning halfway.
Toss pitta cubes with olive oil, Greek seasoning, garlic, and salt.
Air fry at 180°C for 8 minutes, turning halfway.
Combine lettuce, tomatoes, olives, chickpeas, onion, peppers, cucumber, and herbs in a bowl.
Mix in tzatziki and crispy pitta croutons.
Top with chicken souvlaki and sprinkle with crumbled feta.
