Prepare Meatballs
Combine breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, parmesan, garlic, parsley, and oregano.
Add milk and mix.
Add ground beef, ground pork, eggs, and 2 tbsp olive oil. Mix.
Roll 4 oz portions into balls.
Sear meatballs 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown.
Make Sauce
Sauté onion and garlic in 2 tbsp olive oil until translucent.
Add tomatoes, crushing them.
Stir in crushed red pepper, sugar, ½ tsp oregano, ½ tsp thyme, salt, and pepper.
Simmer 15 minutes.
Finish Dish
Add meatballs to sauce.
Cover and simmer 30 minutes.
Add cooked spaghetti to sauce and toss.
