Prepare Pulled Oats according to package instructions
In a bowl, whisk together sesame oil, soy sauce, hot sauce, and lime juice to make dressing
Combine cooked quinoa with all chopped vegetables and edamame
Add Pulled Oats to the salad
Pour dressing over the salad and toss well
Sprinkle with cumin powder
Garnish with fresh mint and fresh coriander
