Grandma B’s Cucumber Salad
  1. Place sliced cucumbers and onions (and tomatoes if using) in a medium-size bowl.

  2. In a separate medium-size bowl, mix vinegar, water, and sugar until sugar is dissolved. Pour over veggies. Add dill if desired, then mix well.

  3. Cover and place in the fridge for two to three hours before serving. Serve chilled. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Enjoy!
