Preheat oven to 350F. Grease a 4" x 6" baking dish with avocado oil spray or ghee.
Smash the banana in a bowl. Add in the egg, maple syrup, protein powder, and baking powder and mix well.
Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish.
Top with the chocolate chips and bake for 30 minutes, or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean.
Remove from the oven and let it cool.
