Get your ice pop moulds ready and put them on a tray-this way they are easier to put in and take out of the freezer.
Blend the ice pop ingredients until really smooth. Spoon into the ice pop moulds. Freezer until solid, at least 4 hours.
Melt the chocolate in a bowl (I melt mine in the microwave, checking every 30 seconds) transfer into a glass, dip the ice pops one at a time.
Important: Work quickly as the chocolate will seize up as it gets colder.
Storage: If not eating straight away place in a food safe bag, put them in the freezer they will keep for 3 months.
