Ingredients
2 lbs of boneless, skinless chicken
2 T. Garlic Parmesan Seasoning, PC
2 T. Parmesan cheese (grated)
2 T. Three onion Seasoning, PC
3 T. Baking powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Bring chicken up to room temp
Pat the chicken dry and salt and pepper both sides
Mix seasonings together in a ziplock add chicken gradually and shake when you add every few pieces
Spray avocado oil on 12 by 12 pan and place chicken in one layer
Cook on 375 degrees for 16 minutes flipping half way through (165 degree on the meat thermometer)
