  2. Form the filling into portions

  3. Press a dumpling wrapper on top of each portion of filling

  4. Cook in stages until the bottoms become crispy and the centers stay juicy

  5. Gradually add chicken broth during cooking

  6. Garnish with low-sodium soy sauce, chili crunch, and sesame seeds
