  2. Prepare the broth by combining chicken broth (or bone broth) and soy milk.

  3. Make the base by mixing sesame paste, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and chili paste. You can also add optional black sauce for additional heat.

  4. Assemble the ramen by adding the meat mixture, broth, and base. Top with egg, bok choy, scallions, nori, sesame seeds, and optional chili crisps.
