4-ingredient Yogurt Cake
  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl until smooth.

  2. Pour into a lined 15cm (6-inch) baking tin and cover with foil.

  3. Bake at 180°C for 50 mins (remove foil after 20 mins).

  4. Let cool in the tin, then chill in the fridge for 2 hours.

  5. Add some marinated strawberries for an optional topping, and enjoy!
