High-protein Pickle Dip
  1. Add the cottage cheese and Greek yogurt to a mini mixer or blender and blend until smooth and creamy.

  2. Pour into a bowl and mix in the pickles, pickle juice, seasoning, salt and pepper.

  3. Chill for 20–30 mins if you can — it gets even better.
