Cook the bacon until crisp. Drain from fat and chop into small bits.
Toss with broccoli, red onion, cheddar, Jalapeño, and bacon, in a large salad bowl.
In a separate bowl, stir the mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, apple cider vinegar, mustard, a pinch of salt, and a few grinds of pepper together. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
Pour two-thirds of the dressing over the broccoli salad and mix well. If the broccoli salad seems a little dry, add a little more of the dressing. Divide the creamy broccoli meal prep salad into meal prep containers.
