Moist Banana Bread With Mayonnaise
  1. Preheat the oven to 180C.

  5. Whisk the mashed bananas into the sugary cake batter.

  7. Gently fold the flour mixture into the cake batter until just combined, being careful not to overmix.

  8. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.

  9. Bake in the oven for 55 to 65 minutes or until golden brown on top.

  10. Check if the banana bread is ready by inserting a toothpick into the middle; it should come out clean.

  11. Let the banana bread cool in the pan before serving.
