Rinse chicken feet and trim off the nails and any rough patches.
Bring a large pot of water to a boil and add in chicken feet.
Let boil for 5 minutes to remove impurities.
Strain and remove chicken feet. Discard water.
Clean pot and add in the chicken feet again.
Add 8 cups of water and the rest of the ingredients and bring to a boil.
Once boiling, lower to a simmer and cover the lid.
Let gently simmer for around 6 hours (skim off any scum).
Strain into fine mesh strainer and store the broth in the fridge or freezer (in portions) when cooled.
When ready to use, enjoy hot as a sipping broth or in stews/soups. Season as needed. Enjoy!
