Chicken Feet Bone Broth
  1. Rinse chicken feet and trim off the nails and any rough patches.

  2. Bring a large pot of water to a boil and add in chicken feet.

  3. Let boil for 5 minutes to remove impurities.

  4. Strain and remove chicken feet. Discard water.

  5. Clean pot and add in the chicken feet again.

  6. Add 8 cups of water and the rest of the ingredients and bring to a boil.

  7. Once boiling, lower to a simmer and cover the lid.

  8. Let gently simmer for around 6 hours (skim off any scum).

  9. Strain into fine mesh strainer and store the broth in the fridge or freezer (in portions) when cooled.

  10. When ready to use, enjoy hot as a sipping broth or in stews/soups. Season as needed. Enjoy!
