Preheat the oven to 400F. Place the broccoli florets into a large mixing bowl. Drizzle in the olive oil and toss to coat. Spread onto a tray lined with parchment paper
Slice the garlic bulb in half and rub both halves in the excess oil in the mixing bowl. Season the broccoli and garlic with salt and pepper to taste. Then, wrap the garlic bulb with some parchment paper and place it onto the baking tray. Bake in the oven for about 25mins
Heat up a frying pan to medium heat. Add in the panko and toast for about 4-6mins until just golden brown, tossing frequently. Season with salt and pepper
Plate the roasted broccoli and squeeze out the roasted garlic onto the broccoli. Squeeze over some fresh lemon juice and sprinkle over the crispy panko to serve
