Wrap the naans in aluminum foil or put them in an airtight freezer bag
Place them in the freezer and keep frozen for up to 3 months
Take out a frozen naan and wrap it in a wet paper towel
Microwave it on a plate for 1-2 minutes
Toast in a pan or air fry for a few minutes if you like it crispy
Weigh out the ingredients
Go in with your hands until you have something that looks like this
Knead this dough for just a few minutes until it looks smooth
Cut into 10 equal pieces and shape them into balls
Roll the dough out until it's super thin
Add some mozzarella to the middle and pinch the ends together to seal the cheese in there
Roll it out one more time
Cook it in a hot pan until you see the naan puff up
Flip it over
Cover it with some light butter, minced garlic, fresh parsley
Wrap it up and throw in the freezer
