Cheesy Garlic Butter Naan
  1. Wrap the naans in aluminum foil or put them in an airtight freezer bag

  2. Place them in the freezer and keep frozen for up to 3 months

  3. Take out a frozen naan and wrap it in a wet paper towel

  4. Microwave it on a plate for 1-2 minutes

  5. Toast in a pan or air fry for a few minutes if you like it crispy

  6. Weigh out the ingredients

  7. Go in with your hands until you have something that looks like this

  8. Knead this dough for just a few minutes until it looks smooth

  9. Cut into 10 equal pieces and shape them into balls

  10. Roll the dough out until it's super thin

  11. Add some mozzarella to the middle and pinch the ends together to seal the cheese in there

  12. Roll it out one more time

  13. Cook it in a hot pan until you see the naan puff up

  14. Flip it over

  15. Cover it with some light butter, minced garlic, fresh parsley

  16. Wrap it up and throw in the freezer
