Add 2 tbsp of soft brown sugar, 1 tbsp of cocoa powder, 1 tbsp of plain flour, ⅛ teaspoon of baking powder, and a pinch of salt to a small glass or ramekin and mix together.
Add 1 tbsp of sunflower oil and 2 tbsp of water and mix together.
Add 1 tsp of biscoff spread (or Nutella, peanut butter, or a square of chocolate for gluten-free) and mix.
For the air fryer, bake at 170°C for 8 minutes for a saucy pudding or 9 minutes for a more cakey pudding.
For steaming, steam for 16 minutes for a saucy pudding or 18 minutes for a more cakey pudding.
For the oven, bake at 175°C fan for 16 minutes for a saucy pudding or 18 minutes for a more cakey pudding.
