Giant Chocolate Chip Cookies
  1. Melt butter in a saucepan; set aside.

  2. Meanwhile In a large bowl whisk together the sugars, melted butter and salt until a paste forms. Whisk in the eggs until smooth.

  3. Add the flour and baking soda and whisk until just combined. Fold in the chocolate chunks and chill in the freezer for 30 minutes (if using right away or refridegrate overnight if baking later.)

  4. Pre-heat oven to 370°F. Scoop cookie dough batter with a 2 oz cookie scoop (¼ cup) onto a 18x13 baking sheet (6 cookies per pan) and bake for 12-15 minutes. Cool completely before serving.
