  2. Mix xanthan gum and almond flour into the shredded cheese

  3. Mix 2 tablespoons of egg whites

  4. Spread ⅛ cup or 2 tablespoons of the mixture onto the waffle maker.

  5. Close and cook for 4-5 minutes until the chaffle is golden brown.

  6. Let cool on a cooling rack.
