Baby’s First Superfood: Bone Marrow
  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.

  2. Place all bones marrow side up, flat on a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes.

  3. The marrow should be moist and slightly pulling away from the bones.

  4. Once the bones are cool enough to touch, poke and scoop the marrow out of the bones into a bowl. The marrow should be soft and easy to mash.

  5. Mash with a fork or spoon, adding the broth.

  6. Variation: Whipped Marrow Butter - Omit broth, hand mixing until it is white and fluffy.
