Eggroll in a Bowl
  1. Heat a large nonstick pan over high heat + spray lightly.

  2. Add green onion, bell pepper, garlic & red pepper flakes. Cook 1 min, stirring.

  3. Add coleslaw + ginger. Cook 3–5 mins until tender.

  4. Stir in soy sauce. Cook 1 more min.

  5. Remove from heat, add sesame oil, stir & enjoy immediately.
