Silky Chocolate Coffee Mousse
  1. Melt the dark chocolate with milk until smooth.

  2. Dissolve gelatin sheets in hot coffee, then mix into the chocolate mixture.

  3. Whip the whipping cream with sugar until soft peaks form, then fold into the chocolate mixture.

  4. Pour into a 6-inch mold and refrigerate for 4+ hours until set.

  5. Unmold and decorate with chocolate.
