Creamy Tomato Pasta
  1. Dice tomatoes and mince garlic.

  2. Cook your pasta in salt water according to package. Do not over cook. Reserve ½ cup pasta water.

  3. In a large pan, on medium low heat. Sauté onion and garlic in 2 tablespoons of olive oil for 30 seconds. Stir.

  4. Add in tomato paste and cook 20-30 seconds stirring.

  5. Add in seasoning. Mix and add in heavy whipping cream while stirring to create a silky sauce.

  6. As it bubbles on low heat. Add in a pat of butter . Cook 30 seconds stirring.

  7. Add in cooked pasta , a bit of pasta water IF sauce is thick.

  8. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese and mix.

  9. Garnish with fresh parsley and chili flakes if desired.

  10. Serve hot perfect with garlic bread and a salad.
