Dice tomatoes and mince garlic.
Cook your pasta in salt water according to package. Do not over cook. Reserve ½ cup pasta water.
In a large pan, on medium low heat. Sauté onion and garlic in 2 tablespoons of olive oil for 30 seconds. Stir.
Add in tomato paste and cook 20-30 seconds stirring.
Add in seasoning. Mix and add in heavy whipping cream while stirring to create a silky sauce.
As it bubbles on low heat. Add in a pat of butter . Cook 30 seconds stirring.
Add in cooked pasta , a bit of pasta water IF sauce is thick.
Sprinkle Parmesan cheese and mix.
Garnish with fresh parsley and chili flakes if desired.
Serve hot perfect with garlic bread and a salad.
