Creamy Tuscan Hot Pocket
  1. Preheat your oven to 400F.

  2. Mix your cream cheese, mozzarella, tomatoes and spinach. Set aside.

  3. Flatten out your ground chicken into a thin circle between greased parchment paper and cling wrap. Take off the cling wrap, add your filling and fold over using the parchment paper.

  4. Brush with egg wash & coat with Parmesan.

  5. Flip onto another piece of parchment paper, add more egg wash and Parmesan.

  6. Bake for 20 mins & enjoy!
