Homemade Döner Kebab
  1. Blitz onions and add to minced meat

  2. Add yogurt, olive oil, and seasoning to the meat mixture

  3. Mix until smooth and consistent

  4. Spread mixture on parchment paper and roll into a thin layer

  5. Place on baking tray and bake in oven

  6. Halfway through cooking, drain excess liquid

  7. Unravel the roll and top with lemon juice

  8. Return to oven to crisp up

  9. Remove from oven and serve in pitta breads
