Cover a pan in butter on the stovetop (probably at medium-low heat), when the butter starts bubbling pour some batter in it.
Cover the pan with a lid until you start seeing the pancake batter bubble.
Remove the lid and add some cinnamon sugar in a spiral pattern on your pancake batter.
Place the lid on the pan again and let it steam for 4 to 5 minutes.
Once ready, remove the pan from heat and plate the pancakes. Drizzle the pancakes with the icing.
