For white sauce: Mix all the ingredients for the white sauce and refrigerate.
For red sauce: Blend all the ingredients for the red sauce together.
For Chicken: Mix all the ingredients for the chicken marinade. Heat pan to medium high, add 1 Tbs of oil and cook chicken thighs for 5 minutes per side.
For rice: Heat small pot on medium high heat, add 1 Tbs of butter. Toast the rice with the spices for 1-2 minutes. Add 2 cups of stock, bring to boil, then reduce heat and cover. Cook for 10 minutes.
