In a large mixing bowl combine self-rising flour and yogurt with a fork until it comes together.
Start to knead the dough until it really comes together and becomes less sticky, you might need to add a little more flour to help with the stickiness.
Put the mixture on a lightly floured surface. Form into a round, and divide into three or four pieces of dough. You can make 4 smaller bagels or 3 bakery sized bagels.
Roll each piece into a log shape about 4-6 inches long. Join the ends to make a bagel shape.
Place a parchment square or silicone baking mat into the bottom of your air fryer.
Place the bagels into your air fryer basket and do not let them touch. You will be able to fit 2-4 at a time, depending on the size of your air fryer.
Combine the egg white with water in a small bowl.
Brush the top of each with the egg wash and sprinkle with your chosen bagel topping.
Air fry at 350 for 8-10 minutes, until the bagels are brown and puffy.
