Crepes
  1. Whisk together the eggs, milk, salt & sugar (if using).

  2. Then add the flour, little by little.

  3. Add the melted butter and whisk until the batter is smooth.

  4. Let it sit (covered) for 30 mins before making the crepes.

  5. If the batter is too thick, add a teeny bit more milk to thin.
