Snack Prep
  1. Core a few apples and slice thinly. Toss in cinnamon (and sugar if you want) and add to a baking sheet with parchment paper (or greased). Bake at 200 for 2.5 hours.

  2. Mix 2 cups cottage cheese, 4 eggs, ½ cup honey, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract together. Once that's mixed add in 2 cups whole wheat flour and 2 teaspoons baking powder and mix just until combined. Fold in 2 cups blueberries. Bake at 350 for 20-25 mins.

  3. Mix up 1.5 cups of rolled oats in the food processor (or blender). Mix with ¾ cup peanut butter & 3 tablespoons of honey. You can add in whatever you want to these, like flax seeds.
