  1. Brown the unsalted butter

  2. Mix flour, baking soda, and kosher salt in a bowl

  3. Combine browned butter, dark brown sugar, and granulated sugar

  4. Add eggs and vanilla extract to the butter mixture

  5. Combine wet and dry ingredients

  6. Fold in chopped dark chocolate, crushed Skor bars, and espresso powder

  7. Let dough rest in fridge for 30 minutes

  8. Scoop cookies onto baking sheet

  9. Bake at 375°F for 9-13 minutes (approximately 11 minutes for 18 cookies)

  10. Fix any imperfections while cookies are still hot and malleable

  11. Finish with flaky sea salt
