Maple Roasted Cashews
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. In a medium bowl mix the cashews, maple syrup, salt, and cayenne (if using).

  3. Place the cashew mixture on the lined baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes.
