Press the dough into a flat oval or rectangle about ½-inch thick on the prepared baking sheet. Use your hands or a rolling pin.
In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, parsley, and a pinch of salt. Brush the mixture evenly over the top of the dough.
Sprinkle Parmesan and any optional toppings. Bake for 15-18 minutes or until golden brown around the edges.
