  1. Combine garlic powder, onion powder, lemongrass, soy sauce, fish sauce, sesame oil, honey, ground coriander, salt, chicken bouillon, paprika, cayenne powder, and vodka in a bowl.

  2. Mix well to create the marinade.

  3. Cut the pork shoulder into appropriate skewer-sized pieces.

  4. Add the pork pieces to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated.

  5. Marinate in the fridge for at least 24 hours for best results, or at least 2 hours if short on time.

  6. If the marinade is too thick, add a dash of water to adjust the consistency.

  7. Skewer the marinated pork pieces.

  8. Grill the skewers over medium heat until the pork is cooked through and has a nice char.
