Cauliflower Cottage Cheese Protein Bake
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish and set aside.

  2. Steam chopped cauliflower for 5–7 minutes, until just tender. Drain very well and let it cool slightly to remove excess moisture.

  3. In a large bowl, combine steamed cauliflower, cheddar cheese, cottage cheese, eggs, Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt. Mix until evenly coated and well combined.

  4. Transfer mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly. Bake for 25–30 minutes, until the top is golden, set, and slightly crisp around the edges.

  5. Sprinkle chopped green onions on top. Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving warm.
