Sugar- to taste, no more than ¼ cup. I do an eyeball swirl
cook meats w .5 onion
in a separate pan, saute onion and bell pepper. Season w salt, pepper, garlic and onion powders and italian seasoning
add tomatoes
add meat
season again w salt, pepper, garlic and onion powder and Italian seasoning
simmer for 30 min
add ~.5c of wine
simmer for another ~20 min
