  1. In a microwave safe bowl add the blueberries and squash them with a fork. Then add the cornstarch and mix well. Microwave for 1 minute.

  2. In a second bowl mix the oats, protein powder, cinnamon, maple syrup, salt and water (make sure the water is added last). Mix until it forms a crumbly texture. The oats should look wet but you don’t want any excess fluid. You can add more water if you need it.

  3. Pour the oats mixture on top of the blueberries and microwave for 1 minute. Let cool for a few minutes before eating.
