Grill burger patties 4–5 minutes per side for medium doneness.
Toast pretzel buns on grill for 1 minute until lightly golden.
Spread beer cheese generously on bottom bun.
Place grilled patty on beer cheese.
Top with caramelized onions and crispy bacon.
Add lettuce and tomato if desired, crown with top bun.
