In a large pot, bring water to a boil. Add green beans and cook for 5 minutes, or until tender-crisp.
In a separate pan, cook bacon bits until crispy. Remove bacon from pan and set aside.
In the same pan, add Cajun seasoning and cook for 1 minute.
Add the cooked green beans to the pan with the Cajun seasoning and toss to coat.
Pour in gravy and stir well. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
Serve hot, topped with the crispy bacon bits.
