High Protein Chickpea Cookie Dough
  1. Add a can of chickpeas to a food processor with nut butter, almond or oat flour, vanilla, maple syrup, and a pinch of salt.

  2. Add a nut butter of choice. I'm using peanut butter. And for the flour, I'm using some oat flour.

  3. Once you add the rest of the ingredients, simply blend.

  4. Then add in some chopped chocolate or mini chocolate chips, and you've got a delicious and good for you treat.

  5. You can roll this into bite-sized cookie dough balls.

  6. I like to eat it straight out of the jar with a big spoon.
