Cook Pork
Cut pork into 2” cubes.
Add all ingredients to slow cooker. Cook on low 8 hours or high 4-5 hours until tender.
Transfer pork to a baking sheet. Broil 5 minutes until crispy.
Pour ¼ cup reserved juices over pork and toss.
Broil an additional 5 minutes until crispy. Pour ¼ cup juices over pork.
Serve
Warm tortillas in a pan with butter. Serve immediately with cilantro, onion, cheese, sour cream, and avocado. Top with your favorite salsas.
