Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Brown 1 lb of ground beef with chopped onion.
Season with salt, pepper, paprika, oregano, onion powder, and cayenne pepper.
Drain any extra grease from the meat.
Add the minced garlic, uncooked pasta, beef broth, and the can of tomato sauce to the skillet.
Bring to a quick boil and turn heat down to low.
Cover with a lid and cook for about 10-15 minutes stirring once or twice to keep the pasta from sticking to the bottom of the skillet.
Once the pasta is cooked add the shredded cheese and milk.
Stir everything together well and serve!
